Welcome to my little corner of the internet! If you’re wondering who’s behind this site, I’m Lilly, and I’m here to answer all your questions (seriously, I love a good Q&A, so don’t hesitate to ask!). I made this blog to yap about the things I love most – travel, crafting, and food!
I’m 24 and currently living in East Tennessee, though I originally come from a small town in Middle Tennessee. My hometown is tucked away near a well-known whiskey distillery and just a stone’s throw from a major music festival—any guesses where that might be?
I made my way to East Tennessee for college at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where I kicked things off in August 2019. I had one normal semester before the world shut down, but despite the chaos, I still had an unforgettable college experience (though I won’t lie, my blood pressure spikes every time I watch the Vols in action!).
It was during college that I met my incredible boyfriend, Mason. In 2024, we celebrated four amazing years together, and he’s become a regular feature in my blogs, especially since we’ve shared so many fun adventures along the way. My boyfriend and I love to explore national parks and the beauty of our own state through day hikes and weekend trips.
In June 2023, life surprised us with a sweet little cat who unexpectedly joined our family. She came to us from our dear friends, M&K, who rescued her. At first, she was a bit shy, but once she warmed up, she became the most vocal little thing! Rather than meowing, she lets out an adorable squeak, so naturally, we named her Pip—our little “pip squeak.”
